MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• NQF Level 4 (matric) with mathematics and science and/or a Process Controller who has passed one PMR Process Controller module.0-1-year relevant plant/process experience.Good communication skills with the ability to read and write in English.Knowledge of plant-specific processes.Knowledge of risk assessments in the workplace, including safety, environmental, security, and quality procedures.Knowledge of company policies, standards, procedures and rules.Knowledge of basic fighting and first aid training.Basic computer literacy with good communication and customer service skills.Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills.Interpersonal and teamwork skills.Computer literacy i.e., MS Office, SAP will be an added advantage.Must be medically fit for the Platinum Metal Refinery (PMR).
